THE RHINESTONES COVER BOTH SIDES. ALL ARE PRONG-SET AND SECURE. EVERY RHINESTONE IS PRESENT

This is a dazzling antique rhinestone purse. This minaudiere, or evening bag, is totally covered with prong set rhinestones. Both sides of the purse are entirely covered with rhinestones. There are hundreds of them, and possibly more than a thousand. It is a framed bag, and closes securely with a kiss lock. The frame is engraved silver, with very delicate engravings. It looks as if it's possibly real silver or silver plate, but we're not sure. The lining is cream colored, and there is a pocket inside. The satin lining appears strong with NO noticeable wear. We were told that this purse was probably crafted in the 1920s. It's about 5 1/2 inches at the widest point, and 4 inches in height. All stones are secure and present. There are NO cloudy gray stones. You should see how this shimmers when the light hits it. This is a stunning evening bag.
